Because of the steep decline, cable cars carry visitors from the top of the cliffs to the bottom at Rosh HaNikra, which is just shy of the Lebenese border.
I am a Brandeis University student spending my junior year abroad. From August to January I am attending the American University in Cairo, and from February to June I am attending Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
